A candid interview with artist Ero Seagull

Q:   First of all tell us about the start of your professional career?

ES: I released my album the June that passed with EMI and Amour Records and it took me one year to finalise the album. Before that I had won the Judges round in the Off The Beaten Track category in the Peoples Music Awards and had gone to the venue Scala in London to give my first gig. It was the greatest feeling and I knew then that that is where I belong, in the music industry.

Q:  What advice would you give to beginners who are nervous?

To be creative and do the jump. There are no obstacles other than our own selves and our insecurities. I would ask them to face their daemons write about them and never stop never stopping. They have to go to the depths of their soul and they shall be successive. We only have one chance as Eminem says.

Q:When you decide it’s time to make a new record, is that more exciting or stressful?

It’s exciting to create new music!

Q: How easily do songs tend to come to you?

I just get an idea about something and I write about it and then do the composition with the help of my friends or by myself.

Q: What’s your motto or the advice you live by?

I like to simplify life and make new steps. I believe in God and say my prayer when I feel like it and try to be the best version of myself. With this virus the only thing I can say to myself is that there is magic on the other side of fear.

Q: What is you favorite song to belt out at the bar/in the car right now?

I like listening to my album lately and the song I put on every time I ignite the engine is What’s in a Romeo it awakes my senses.

Q :What are your future goals as a music artist?

I want to create my new single called My Baby and then start on my new album. When everything has gone back to normal I will do my gig on Temple Athens and two video clips for What’s in a Romeo and My Baby.

Q: What was your most memorable performance to date?

My most memorable performance to date has been in Stoa Fexi Project Space where I did for Sounds Good a mini gig and everyone was loving it.

Q :How can we follow you on social media?
