The music world will learn soon that a New York girl raised in the Poconos can make an exceptional difference in the urban music world.

Jasmine Ortiz is a stunning blonde with a voice that is just as impressive. Jasmine emits so much raw energy & talent that it touches everyone she encounters. Her love for music was evident at an early age.  The gift of music was in her DNA, singing since age 2, began studying the piano since age 3, guitar since age 9, she also plays the saxophone, the viola, the violin and dabbles in drums, she has been an active, performing musician for the last 15 years.

After being offered many full scholarships Jasmine chose the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami; where she was bestowed, such high honors by receiving both Academic Merit and Musical achievement scholarships. Jasmine received both the Presidential Music Scholarship as well as being invited to join and receiving membership within the Foote Fellowship, both difficult to achieve at UM. Although music is her passion, Jasmine is also an accomplished actor and model signed to the Abrams Artist Agency.

Her latest single, ‘Miles Away’, has garnered major attention coast to coast. The video, featuring Ju-Seven and directed by Maria Picon has already got over 160,000 YouTube views in a very short period of time.

Setting the bar high for other artists she can be categorized as one of the most versatile entertainers in the game. Her style is smooth and has a refreshing sound that really captures the element of Hip Hop. She received a video endorsement from Perez Hilton and Love & Hip-Hop New York’s SwiftOnDemand, the original producer for Cardi B. Additionally he is working with her on some exciting new projects.
